HOTEL INFORMATION:
Harrah’s Hotel and Casino is the host hotel. The hotel is connected to the playing venue (The Waterfront Conference Center), so no driving from location to location. We have secured exclusive discounted rates for the weekend. This is a stay-and-play event. Each team before being confirmed into the tournament must book 5 rooms per team per night for the duration of the tournament. Contact [email protected] with your confirmation codes from the hotel. Book all hotel rooms by clicking the passkey link on the JBJ Events home page under hotel and the date of the tournament.

Team Check-in
All teams must check in Friday January 5th, 2024 between 5pm-9pm inside the Waterfront Conference Center inside Harrah’s Hotel and Casino. All player and coaches credentials will be passed out at that time. All players, coaches, team managers, or anyone else on the official roster must have a current 2023-2024 AAU membership.

Children under 5 are Free
Have your I.D. ready and proof of purchase to receive your wristband. No exchanging wristbands or credentials, anyone that does will be asked to leave and the team you are associated with will be penalized.
