To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience all JBJ-Events Volleyball Tournaments follow a Stay-and-Save policy.
This is to ensure a cohesive and organized event experience for all participants. All teams are required to book their accommodations through our designated hotel to be eligible for tournament participation. JBJ-Events does not contract with a 3rd party housing company, all accommodations are through a direct partnership with each hotel to ensure you the best possible stay.
This policy helps to secure the best rates for our attendees and supports the local economy, in addition to ensuring the teams close proximity to the event venue. Exceptions to the Stay-and-Save policy will only be considered for teams within a 50-mile radius of the event venue. Compliance with this policy is mandatory and will be monitored; teams found in violation may face disqualification from the tournament. We appreciate your cooperation in making this event successful for everyone involved.
Stay-and-Save Requirements for JBJ Events Volleyball Tournaments
For each registered team, the following stay requirements apply:
For a 2-Day Tournament: – Booking of 5 rooms for 2 nights per room is mandatory.
For a 3-Day Tournament: – Booking of 5 rooms for 3 nights per room is mandatory.
How we Monitor Compliance:
We monitor compliance by ensuring that the club’s name is listed under the organization/team name during the room reservation process. Any reservation lacking a club affiliation will not be counted towards fulfilling the team’s required number of rooms.
However, we prioritize the opportunity for kids to play volleyball over any hotel obligations. If you need a hotel waiver, please contact us directly.
